What should I do if this case doesn't fit my device?

If the case you ordered doesn't fit your device, please provide us with your device model name or number. We'll send you the correct size, with no returns necessary.


How to find your device model:


iPhone: go to Settings > General > About > Model Name/Model Number

Samsung: go to Settings > About Phone > Model Name/Model Number

How do I remove my phone case?

Follow these steps to remove your case:


1. Start at the top left corner and gently lift the case.
2. Loosen the two sides of the case.
3. Finally, remove the bottom of the case.


Note: Do not remove the case directly from the bottom.

How do I get a replacement if the product I received is used or damaged?

Please send us a photo of the item you received, along with your shipping address, and we will send a free replacement.

Why did my clear phone case turn yellow?

All of our clear phone cases are made in whole or in part using the highest-quality TPU, which maintains its clarity for as long as possible. However, TPU is prone to yellowing over time due to exposure to sunlight, sweat, and/or skincare products.


To prevent yellowing, it is recommended to clean the inside and outside of the case regularly using an alcohol wipe and avoid exposing it to sunlight, sweat, and/or skincare products for prolonged periods.


If your case turns yellow during the warranty period, please contact us, and we will provide a free replacement with no returns necessary.

How can the resopnsiveness of the Camera Control cover on the phone case be fixed?

To ensure optimal responsiveness, follow these steps:


1. Gently wipe the surface of the Camera Control cover using a soft cloth dampened with a small amount of alcohol

2. Keep your fingers clean and dry during use to prevent sweat or dirt from affecting touch sensitivity

How do I adjust the Camera Control cover if it doesn't feel right when pressed?

If the Camera Control cover feels too firm or too soft when using the case:
1. Remove the phone case.
2. Gently reposition the Camera Control cover, pressing it inward.
3. Reinstall the case:
•If it felt too stiff, start with the side opposite the Camera Control cover.
•If it felt too soft, start with the side including the Camera Control cover.

How do I ensure optimal wireless charging when using the phone case?

1. Check the magnetic ring alignment: This phone case features strong magnets to help keep the case and charger aligned while charging. Ensure that the magnetic ring of the phone case and the wireless charger are aligned accurately and that there is no gap between them.

2. Avoid moving the phone while charging: To ensure optimal charging, avoid moving the phone and the wireless charger while the phone is charging.
