If your keyboard isn't responding, try the following steps:
- Check compatibility: This keyboard supports the following models—iPad Pro 13" (2024), iPad Pro 11" (2024), iPad Air 13" (2025/2024), iPad Air 10.9" (5th/4th Gen), iPad 11" (A16) 2025, iPad 10th Gen 2022.
- Power it on: Slide the ON/OFF switch to turn it on.
- Charge the keyboard: If unused for a while, the battery may be low. Please recharge it.
- Prevent damage: Avoid drops or exposure to liquids, which may affect performance.
The hinge of the keyboard case is designed to stop at the optimal viewing angle for the best user experience. It does not support full-range adjustment.
For best results, adjust the screen angle gently within the supported range.
If your keyboard connection is unstable, try the following steps to restore a stable Bluetooth connection:
- Recharge and reconnect.

go to Settings > General > Trackpad and enable Tap to Click.
If your trackpad or iPad screen is slow or unresponsive, try turning off AssistiveTouch:
Go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch, then turn it off.
