FAQ

What should I do if the top cover comes off my case?

To keep the top cover securely attached:

  1. Remove the protective film from the tape inside the top cover, then press it firmly onto the case. This helps prevent it from loosening during use.
  2. Check if the top cover was installed the wrong way around. If reversed, it may pop off when opening or closing the case. Refer to the setup video for the correct orientation.

If the top cover still comes off after these steps, please contact our customer support team for a replacement.

Note: The tape won’t leave any sticky residue on your AirPods. When you no longer want to use the case, simply wipe the tape gently with a damp cloth to remove it.

Can I charge wirelessly with the case on?

It depends on your device model.

  • AirPods 1/2/3 & AirPods Pro (2019/2022/2023):If your device supports wireless charging, you can charge it wirelessly using a regular MagSafe charger, even with the case on. However, it's not compatible with an Apple Watch charger.
  • AirPods 4 (Standard Version):This model only supports wired charging and does not support wireless charging.
  • AirPods 4 (with Active Noise Cancellation):The case won't interfere with wireless charging, and you can even use an Apple Watch charger to power up your device.

Why won't my AirPods charge wirelessly with the case on?

Our case supports MagSafe wireless charging for AirPods without removing the case. Please check if your charger supports MagSafe wireless charging.

  1. If your charger doesn’t support MagSafe wireless charging, you can charge with a cable or switch to a MagSafe charger.
  2. If your charger does support MagSafe wireless charging but your AirPods still won’t charge, please contact our customer support team. We’ll arrange a replacement.
Why won’t my AirPods charge on the Apple Watch charger with the case on?

  1. Make sure the Apple Watch charger is positioned correctly.
  2. If your AirPods are completely drained, wait 3–10 minutes on the Apple Watch charger for them to activate. The LED will turn on to show charging status.
  3. AirPods may charge more slowly on an Apple Watch charger than with other methods. For faster charging, we recommend using a cable.
How can I remove my case?

Since our case is designed for a snug fit to prevent slipping, you may need the tool included to remove it.

Removal steps:

  1. Insert the easy-removal tool included (or your AirPods charging cable) into the charging port and gently push against the AirPods to lift them slightly. This will loosen the lower half of the case.
  2. Slide off the top cover from the hinge side.
What should I do if this case doesn't fit my device?

If the case you ordered doesn't fit your device, please provide us with your device model name or number. We'll send you the correct size, with no returns necessary.

How to find your device model:
