If the case you ordered doesn't fit your device, please provide us with your device model name or number. We'll send you the correct size, with no returns necessary.

How to find your device model:

iPhone: go to Settings > General > About > Model Name/Model Number

Installation:
1. Align the phone with the left volume button and insert it into the case.
2. Insert the right side, ensuring the phone fits fully.
3. If a corner is pressed down or slightly bent, gently push it out and press it back in to restore the proper fit.
Removal:
1. Start at the top right or left corner and gently lift the case.
2. Loosen the sides, then remove the bottom.

To ensure optimal responsiveness, follow these steps:

1. Gently wipe the surface of the Camera Control cover using a soft cloth dampened with a small amount of alcohol
2. Keep your fingers clean and dry during use to prevent sweat or dirt from affecting touch sensitivity

If the Camera Control cover feels too firm or too soft when using the case:

1. Remove the phone case.
2. Gently reposition the Camera Control cover, pressing it inward.
3. Reinstall the case:
•If it felt too stiff, start with the side opposite the Camera Control cover.
•If it felt too soft, start with the side including the Camera Control cover.

1. Silicone cases may attract dust. Wipe the surface regularly with an alcohol pad, and clean immediately if it comes into contact with liquids.

2. Using MagSafe accessories may leave marks over time. Avoid frequently rotating accessories while they are attached to the case to reduce friction and prevent marks.

Our cases with a Stash Stand are designed to fit different phone models. To keep the stand stable and extend its lifespan, follow these guidelines:
1. Use the stand within the maximum angle (varies by model)
• iPhone 17 Pro / Pro Max / Air: 15° to 69° for stable support
• Other iPhone models: 15° to 85°
2. Handle with care
Do not press your phone while using the Stash Stand. Too much force may cause the stand to close or damage it.
3. Do not use as a handle or ring
The Stash Stand is designed only to support the phone. Hooking it or putting weight on it may damage the stand and cause your phone to fall.
