iPhone: go to Settings > General > About > Model Name/Model Number

Removal instructions:

1. Start removing the phone case from the top left corner, gently prying apart the frame.
2. Continue to loosen the two side frames.
3. Finally, remove the bottom case.
Note: Do not remove the phone case directly from the bottom.

This shock-absorbing phone case comprises three layers that protect your phone from drops and scratches. This three-layer protection makes the phone case a little bulkier, but it shouldn't affect your use.

1. Check the magnetic ring alignment: This phone case features strong magnets to help keep the case and charger aligned while charging. Ensure that the magnetic ring of the phone case and the wireless charger are aligned accurately and that there is no gap between them.

2. Avoid moving the phone while charging: To ensure optimal charging, avoid moving the phone and the wireless charger while the phone is charging.

Slight heating of the phone while charging it with a case on is normal. Using the phone during charging may increase its temperature by approximately 5℃. To avoid this, we recommend that you avoid using the phone while it is charging.

To ensure optimal responsiveness, follow these steps:

1. Gently wipe the surface of the Camera Control cover using a soft cloth dampened with a small amount of alcohol.
2. Keep your fingers clean and dry during use to prevent sweat or dirt from affecting touch sensitivity.

If the Camera Control cover feels too firm or too soft when using the case:

1. Remove the phone case.
2. Gently reposition the Camera Control cover, pressing it inward.
3. Reinstall the case:
•If it felt too stiff, start with the side opposite the Camera Control cover.
•If it felt too soft, start with the side including the Camera Control cover.

Our cases with a Stash Stand are designed to fit different phone models. To keep the stand stable and extend its lifespan, follow these guidelines:
1. Use the stand within the maximum angle (varies by model)
• iPhone 17 Pro / Pro Max / Air: 15° to 69° for stable support
• Other iPhone models: 15° to 85°
2. Handle with care
Do not press your phone while using the Stash Stand. Too much force may cause the stand to close or damage it.
3. Do not use as a handle or ring
The Stash Stand is designed only to support the phone. Hooking it or putting weight on it may damage the stand and cause your phone to fall.
