FAQ

How can I ensure that the Camera Lens Protectors stay securely attached?

These Camera Lens Protectors employ a powerful adhesive to ensure that they stay securely attached during everyday use. Following the application instructions included in the packaging and paying attention to the following tips should lead to bubble-free application and long-lasting, secure adhesion to your camera lenses.

1. Make sure you firmly press on each protector before removing the alignment guide to ensure they are securely affixed to your phone camera's lenses.

2. If you are worried that they aren’t securely attached once you’ve removed the alignment guide, use the included microfiber cloth to firmly press down on each one for 10 seconds.

3. Once applied, do NOT try to remove and reapply the protectors.

Why is my camera lens fogging up, and how can I prevent it?

Fogging can happen when your phone is exposed to sudden temperature changes, such as moving from a hot outdoor environment to a cool air-conditioned room. This phenomenon is normal and typically resolves on its own once the temperature stabilizes.

Please note that the lens protector is not waterproof. In wet conditions, such as rain, moisture may accumulate between the protector and the lens, resulting in fogging.

If you notice fogging under these conditions, please remove the lens protector and allow both the phone and the protector to dry completely before reinstalling. The Armorite protector uses an anti-reflection coating that increases surface roughness, helping reduce fogging.

Are the Camera Lens Protectors compatible with third-party cases?

These Camera Lens Protectors are compatible with all ESR and official Apple cases, as well as most third-party cases.

What is the easiest way to remove the Camera Lens Protectors?

To remove them, please follow the steps below:

1. Place your phone (screen down) on a hard, flat surface.

2. Lightly press down on the edge of one of the protectors.

3. At the opposite edge, insert the removal tool into the gap between the protector and lens.

4. Slowly pry up the lens protector.

5. Repeat steps 2-4 for the remaining camera lens protectors.

● Do NOT use excessive force when prying up the protectors.

● Do NOT use your bare hands to remove the protectors. They are made of tempered glass, so may shatter and cause injury.

How do I get a replacement if the product I received is used or damaged?

Please send us a photo of the item you received, along with your shipping address, and we will send a free replacement.

How can I prevent the lens protector from breaking?

To avoid damage, follow the installation instructions carefully and avoid pressing down too hard or applying pressure to the lens during installation.

The protector is made of tempered glass, which is highly durable, but its impact resistance still depends on proper installation.

Our design places the lens slightly lower than the surrounding camera frame. This helps protect against direct scratches and reduces the chance of damage during everyday use.

What should I do if the lens protector doesn’t fit my device?

If the lens protector you ordered doesn’t match your device, simply provide us with your device model name or number. We’ll send you the correct size—no return is needed.

How to check your device model:

  • On iPhone: Settings > General > About > Model Name / Model Number
Will the lens protector affect photo quality?

No. This lens protector is made of ultra-clear glass with a light transmittance of up to 92%, ensuring your photos stay sharp and true-to-life.
