I bought Ultra Fit Armorite Privacy ScreenProtector for my iPhone 16 Pro Max.
Previously, I've bought the ESR's analogue for my iPhone 14 Pro so I'm going to compare them.
1. Newly bought Screen Protector has much sharper edges.
The edges are sharp and your finger gets caught on them when scrolling from the edge of the screen. With the previous Screen Protector the feeling was much more pleasant.
2. The viewing angles have changed for the worse.
The website states that viewing at an angle of 56° is blocked (28+28 from direct viewing of the screen). This is not true. I can read text at an angle of 20° from the side edge of the phone, and see contours on the screen at an angle of 15°. That is, the viewing angle is closer to 140-150° (70+70) and not 56°.
The previous glass from ESR for the iPhone 14 Pro had viewing protection at around 90° (which was enough to view content in public places).
This is the second time I have bought a screen protector from ESR and if the first time I was 100% satisfied, this time using the protection causes inconvenience from the edge of the screen and poor viewing protection.
